Utilizing the best people to apply the highest quality paint to ensure happy clients.  We’re committed to listening to your needs, communicating while on the job with daily updates, and conscientiously cleaning up after ourselves daily.

All of our team leaders have a multi-point checklist to ensure highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. We also offer to walk through the completed job to look things over with the homeowner. Plus! 2 days, 2 weeks, or 2 months after we’re gone and you see that we missed a spot, or there’s a spot of paint where it shouldn’t be?  We’ll gladly swing back by. It’s important to us. Plus it’s a teachable moment for the employee who missed something and will do better next time.

You get what you pay for!  Here’s a bold confession you won’t hear from too many contractors: we’re NOT the cheapest painting company in town. 

That guy is usually someone’s unemployed brother-in-law who will turn a 2 day job into a 3 week job, thinks he can paint because he helped his uncle paint a house in college, and will take frequent breaks helping himself to your beer and remote.

Safety

We equip our teams with what they need to do the job safely, ensure that our equipment is working well and that we’re using it in the safest manner.  We make sure team members are operating safely whether on a ladder, scaffold, or motorized lift. We also make sure our client’s property is carefully moved, covered, and protected, from hardwood or tile floors inside, to cars, plants and kittens outside. We don’t want to get paint where it’s not supposed to be.

Some of our staff are on their way to something else: college, missions or charitable work, artistic endeavors, etc.  We have a mission to help our folks with those pursuits by giving them a good work ethic, training them to be excellent in whatever they do and putting some good money in their pockets. 

We’re careful in hiring & mentoring all of our pro-painters. We have high hiring standards.  They must pass a drug and background check and will be trained in the stellar All Star culture of highest quality work and exceptional customer service.
